Just steps from Main Street and a short walk to South Main, town square and the Arkansas River. This house is super clean, with new appliances and furniture.
You’re just 10 minutes from Cottonwood and Mt. Princeton Hot Springs and 20 minutes from Salida. Get to Monarch and Ski Cooper ski resorts in under an hour.
This is our 2nd home and we want to share it with others who will treat it like their own. Features 3 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a bunk bed with a twin over double. The living room has a nice, new sleeper sofa. Bonus room that can be used as a small 4th bedroom, office or play area for the kids. Giant yard with fire pit.

This was the best place! Close to down town – walking distance to down town, 7 min to sunset barn! The owner was absolutely wonderful about answering questions! Plenty of dishes glasses silverware! They also had many condiments and coffee! I would go back there in a heart beat!
